• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund
• Just get in touch within 14 days of delivery

Our products are made to order — here's what that means for you:

• We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or colour preference
• Each item is made specifically for you, so we're unable to resell returned goods

Wrong address?

• If your order was returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, re-shipping may incur an additional fee
• Double-check your address before completing your order!
